All appointments are held by secure video, anywhere in North Carolina. Calling is the quickest way to be seen. If it is easier to write, use the form below and you will get a reply during office hours.

The fastest route to an appointment. If nobody picks up, leave a message with a number and a good time to call back.

Please keep it brief and do not include detailed health information. Ordinary email is not a secure channel.

Every appointment is held by video, so you can be seen from anywhere in North Carolina. You will be sent a link before your appointment. You need a private space, a device with a camera and a connection.
